Catherine Boddington is a dedicated TransforMATive Associate, leading the organisation’s work on People and Culture with Multi-Academy Trusts and education organisations. She partners with leaders to connect with their people in order to make change and transformation possible. As both an Executive Coach and Human Centred Designer, Catherine ensures that every change initiative has a strong people lens, enabling co-creation, shared ownership and meaningful progress through conversation and action. Her approach allows individuals and teams to connect deeply with strategic change and to take responsibility for solving challenges together.

Catherine brings a wealth of experience in Organisational Development, Talent, Culture and Employee Engagement, having worked across many sectors. Her coaching work spans one-to-one engagements with leaders, facilitation with teams and wider organisational programmes that foster genuine coaching cultures. She is also the Founder of the Internal Coach Network, a thriving community where coaches share practice, learn together and collaborate to embed coaching cultures across organisations, including within education.

Looking ahead, Catherine is passionate about ensuring that human intelligence remains central as AI and automation become embedded in education. She believes in harnessing technology alongside our innate human capabilities, creating environments where leaders, educators and students are empowered to think, connect and make intelligent decisions for the people at the heart of transformation.

Beyond her professional work, Catherine has a deep interest in physical intelligence and psychology. Drawing on her knowledge of neuroscience and the body’s physical and chemical systems, she helps individuals unlock their potential and access new levels of performance and wellbeing.

Catherine embodies the TransforMATive commitment to bringing humanity into strategy and enabling people to thrive within change. This was excellently demonstrated throughout her work on the TransforMATive Leadership programme.
