With over 16 years of experience in London as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager supporting C-suite executives, Hayley brings a wealth of expertise in organisation, communication and stakeholder management. In 2020, after being made redundant, she founded One In a Million Virtual Assistance, a business dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small companies thrive. Since then, she has supported more than fifteen businesses across a wide range of industries, applying her skills to help leaders focus on growth and strategy while she manages the operational detail. Her ambition is to continue expanding this work, growing both her client base and her team.
Outside of her professional commitments, Hayley enjoys dog walking, keeping fit at the gym and exploring new places.
